By accessing RentManager, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KIRAN TECH.

As a Landlord/Manager using our platform, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate property and tenant information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Ensuring that your use of the platform complies with local rental laws and data protection regulations regarding your tenants.
• Verifying the accuracy of generated invoices and HRA receipts before distribution.

RentManager offers various subscription tiers. Free plans are subject to usage limits (1 property, 1 unit, 1 tenant). Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected cycle. Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in limited access to platform features.

RentManager is provided "as is". While we strive for 100% accuracy in our automated billing and AI tools, KIRAN TECH is not liable for financial discrepancies arising from data entry errors or specific legal requirements unique to your jurisdiction. Users should verify all legal documents generated by the platform.
